Journee Brownridge

Journee Brownridge is currently a High School Senior at O’Fallon Township High School. She has been training and dancing on the Competition with SLDC for the past 5 years.

Journee is trained in Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Acro, Hip Hop, and Tap. While a competitive dancer, Journee has won Titles including Miss Teen Starquest and two consecutive Miss Headliners wins.

Though she has not been dancing as long as some have, she quickly found a passion and love for dance and teaching.  Her commitment to perfecting technique along with her incredible work ethic propelled her progress, and her star quality shines onstage.

Journee currently teaches Ballet 1, Petite Tap, Tiny Tappers, Hip Hop, Jr Jazz 1, and Jazz 1. Her love for dance and teaching others has inspired her to pursue dance as a career after high school.

Journee aspires to become a professional dancer and choreographer in the industry.
