Christina Martin has over 25 years of extensive experience in areas of project management, systems design and implementation, client communications and employee management. 

     From the age of 14, Christina began working part time in retail in various departments, including procurement, service, collections & credit. She continued working throughout high school, college, and obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Central Florida. 

     Christina began her professional career with a benefits consulting firm, which managed investments and health & welfare benefit plans for many Fortune 500 companies. As a Project Manager; her position included oversight of client services, process implementation, enrollment deadline management, procedures development, as well as supervising a team of over 30 representatives.

     Once Christina moved to Illinois in 2004, she furthered her career experience by working in different industries, including Practice Management for Metro Investigations Inc., Private Duty Staffing Manager for Bayada Nurses and a Business Analyst for Heartland Dental Care. 

     In 2009, Christina followed her entrepreneurial spirit and began her own business management company, which provided virtual project management services for several international companies. She also served as Chief Operating Officer for the Global Association of Small Professional Practice Owners.   In 2011, Christina semi-retired from the corporate world and has been a stay at home Mom & homeschool teacher to her two children, Gavin & Avery. 

     Recently she has jumped back into entrepreneurship, starting her 2nd online business, Edge21 Marketing. Her emphasis is on optimized systems restructuring, social media content strategy, refresh branding and unique collaborative revenue streams within the performing arts industry.
